Cancellation Policies - South Korea
The Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) requires that a revised cancellation policy for bookings made by South Korean travelers from June 2, 2017, for listings with a Strict Cancellation Policy. Reservations made prior to this date remain unaffected.


Revised policy terms:


  • Cancellation up to 30 days before check-in: Full refund (including all fees).
  • Cancellation within 30 days of check-in:
          - If canceled before 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the check-in day: 50% refund of nightly rate + fees.
          - If canceled after 12:00 p.m. (noon) on the check-in day: 50% refund of remaining balance, excluding the canceled night and fees.
