How to request a copy of your valid HUT tourist license for Catalonia
If you are the owner or manager of a tourist accommodation (HUT) in Catalonia and need to request a copy of your valid HUT license, you can do so online through Canal Empresa, the Generalitat de Catalunya's portal for business procedures.
The step-by-step process is detailed below:

Step 1: Access the private area of Canal Empresa
Log in to Canal Empresa with your username.
Make sure you are in the private area, i.e., that you have logged in with your digital certificate, electronic ID, or Cl@ve.

Step 2: Go to “Les meves dades” (My data)
In the main menu, select the “Les meves dades” option.
Within this section, click on the “Registres/activitats de l'empresa” (Company records/activities) tab.

Step 3: Locate your HUT registration
You will see a list of all the records or activities linked to your tax identification number (NIF).
If you have several registrations, you can use the search filter to find your HUT property by:

-Registration number (HUT), or Type of activity (for example, “Habitatges d'ús turístic” (Tourist accommodation)).

Step 4: Generate the certificate
Next to the row corresponding to your HUT, you will find a drop-down menu (identified in the document as a red button with options). Click on that menu and select the option “Generate certificate.”


Step 5: Download the document
The system will automatically generate a PDF file containing:
The official certificate of registration for your HUT property.
Advanced digital signature from the Generalitat.
Certified copy, valid for government agencies and rental platforms.
This document can be used for Airbnb, Booking, local government agencies, National Accommodation Registry (NRA) procedures, among others.

Important notes:
You can only generate certificates for active registrations (under “Registration”).
The certificate includes information such as the HUT number, property address, owner, and registration date.
If you detect errors in the data, there is an option to “Correct registry/activity data” in the same menu.
