- Leave the house as you found it.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
- In case of leaving the house in a bad state or very dirty, the deposit will be deducted from the deposit.
- Passport or ID details are required by the property.- Due to new regulations concerning the impact of climate change, an additional charge will be applied in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or high capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
-All payments must be made by bank.
-The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay in accordance with the policies. It may take 7 days to make the return order.
